Call Center

The call centre for Umucyo, e-Procurement System for Rwanda, is dedicated to provide extra support to bidders and procuring entities using the UMUCYO System.

Bidders and procuring entities will call the support team on 3131 (+250 788 123 100 for international calls) where an operator will be ready to assist.
